  • Sessions last 75 minutes, allowing you to cycle between hot and cold 3-4 times.

  • We can allow children over 5 for private hire sessions, as long as each child is accompanied by a responsible adult on a 1:1 ratio.

  • Suda Sauna guests have full access to the fantastic changing facilities, showers and toilets at Aptitude gym — a few yards away from Suda.

  • Yes, all passes and vouchers that were purchased when we were based at Sandy Lane are still valid at Farndon.

  • Parking is available right on site.

  • Yes! Warm showers are available after your session in the Aptitude changing rooms.
